Next year we shall be hosting the prestigious Tour de France in Britian. As part of the celebrations the RHS is suggesting that we turn the country yellow with a special planting scheme. What a great idea and good to plan ahead.

I hear that The Lord Mayors parade in London on 9th November will feature cyclists from clubs from the route. Our good friend Paul Corcoran will be in the parade with two club members riding the famous 'Pennine' bike from Pennine Cycles in Bradford. A brand launched in the 1960s and still going strong.
