Recently we've received a few calls and emails from customers expressing dissatisfaction with the delivery service.

Despite the delivery company's tracking emails and sharing information with the delivery company, things don't always go according to plan. Deliveries may be delayed or instructions overlooked. When such issues arise, we do our best to resolve them promptly.

From our perspective, we believe that expectations are sometimes unreasonably high. We primarily handle pallet deliveries, not small packages delivered by couriers. Unfortunately, we often don't have updates indicating that a delivery cannot be made until you bring it to our attention.

We share your frustration and we welcome all feedback. However, we are two human beings trying to help. We are not robots so please try to be patient with us and we will try our best to get deliveries to you as fast as we can taking into account any reasonable requests.
