Welcome to Farnborough Garden Centre in Oxfordshire and Nadder Valley Nurseries in Wiltshitre as new stockists for Strulch.
We work with the Palletline Group to deliver your Strulch. They are experts in road haulage and have delivered Strulch for 10 years. Our business has grown each year and we now send pallets of Strulch all over the UK, to Ireland, The Channel Islands and even to mainland Europe. I am sure you can appreciate that deliveries can be very different depending on location. Most deliveries are straight forward but we rely on you providing us with additional information when needed so that the delivery runs smoothly. Lorry size is also important to ensure a timely and cost effective delivery. From 17th July we are making 7.5t trucks the standard delivery option and this invloves an additional charge of £12.60, however, you can opt for our saver delivery which comes with no additional charge if you are sure you have good access by the roadside for the larger vehicle.
Thank you for your continued custom and for telling others about Strulch.
"As a wildlife friendly organic gardener I could not recommend Strulch more highly. When we open our garden for the Cheshire Wildlife Trust and other charities or in the presentations I give on organic wildlife - supportive gardening Strulch is the product I recommend most. It even beats Comfrey and any organic gardener knows how great that is. If there was anything in my garden I could not do without it's Strulch! Forget the slug pellets, backbreaking weeding, winter plant loss through low temperatures and lack of insulation and put away the hose. Use Strulch! Sue Makin
Thank you Sue for your kind comments
We are delighted to be working with Brenda and Severine at Bud Garden Centre. This is a small garden centre based in Burnage just off Kingsway described in the press as 'a haven of plants'. They specialise in organic and sustainable gardening.
I began using Strulch in my garden just over a year ago after reading a review about mulches in The English Garden.
I am a great fan of the product and think it is one of the best garden products I have come across in many years. I love the fact that it is so multi-purpose. It is great as a slug deterrent and a weed suppressant and I love the fact that is biodegradable and made in the UK. I also think it is a great as a ‘top dressing’ type product to make beds look great - so much so that I have stopped using bark chips and use Strulch instead.
I have started to recommend it to all my garden design clients, many of whom have started to use it, and indeed list it as one of my tips & tricks on my website, http://mycountrygarden.co.uk/grow/suppressing-weeds/
