Delivery Information

Introduction

We would like your delivery of Strulch to run as smoothly and safely as possible, therefore please read the delivery information carefully and consider the best option for you. You will be able to review a calculated delivery cost before proceeding to payment.

It is important that you chose the right vehicle for your delivery as redeliveries will cause a delay in you receiving your Strulch. Redeliveries will incur additional charges.

Standard Delivery

Standard deliveries of Strulch are usually made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays. If this isn't suitable, specified AM, PM, 9AM, Saturday only or timed delivery are options made available to you on checkout. Additional costs will apply.

All standard deliveries will be made using a 7.5 tonne curtain sided vehicle with a tail lift. The vehicle will lower pallets of Strulch to the ground using an electric lift. Pallets need to be set down on a non-gravel hard standing area because the trolley wheels cannot operate on gravel. The trolley can then be pushed a short distance providing there is solid ground and the gradient is not too steep. It may be possible in some circumstances to deliver onto gravel if the vehicle can reverse onto your driveway. If in doubt give us a call on 01943 863610. Please let us know where to leave the pallet if you are not in when the delivery arrives. At the checkout, you will have the option to provide additional delivery instructions to us. Our delivery agent also requires a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) to ensure they can contact you even when you are away from home.

Saver Delivery

Our Saver Delivery is typically made on a larger 17 tonne rigid vehicle and there is no additional cost for this, however, please read the following carefully before deciding which is the best option for you: The vehicle will lower pallets of Strulch to the ground using an electric lift. Pallets need to be set down on a non-gravel hard standing area because the trolley wheels cannot operate on gravel. The trolley can then be pushed a short distance providing there is solid ground and the gradient is not too steep. With this size of truck there is no possibility of pushing the pallet off the tail lift unless the lorry can comfortably drive in and out of your driveway going straight ahead. The length of the vehicle makes it virtually impossible to reverse from the road side. If in doubt call us on 01943 863610. Please let us know where to leave the pallet if you are not in when the delivery arrives. At the checkout, you will have the option to provide additional delivery instructions to us. Our delivery agent also requires a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) to ensure they can contact you even when you are away from home.

Please note: Our delivery team are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your Strulch, nor will they deliver a single order to multiple addresses.

Cost of Delivery

Delivery costs will be calculated and added to your order before you checkout. Additional delivery costs are charged per pallet and 50 and 25 bags are delivered on single pallets.

How long will my Strulch delivery take?

Delivery will normally take place three working days from the next working day from when you place your order, however if you need a specific day after this please indicate your preferred delivery date in the delivery instructions box.

Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Therefore, typically, if you place your order on a Monday, you should receive your delivery on Thursday of the same week. If you place your order on a Friday, you would receive it Wednesday of the following week.

Delivery Addresses

Strulch deliver to all mainland Great Britain address. For customers who live in some remote rural areas our delivery service may be extended by 2 working days or we may contact you to advise that your address is not serviceable.

Delivery to an address other than your billing address is permitted - you have the option to specify a different delivery address at checkout.

Further Information

Whilst we will always make every effort to deliver your order on the agreed delivery date we can not be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your Strulch order not arriving on the day in question.
